What Do You Love?

Card: “What Do You Love?”
From: Trust Your Vibes by Sonia Choquette

It is really important to sit back and take inventory of what or who you love.  Love is very similar to gratitude.  The more you acknowledge love and are thankful for it, the more love will come into your life.

There is also the aspect of making your life better by doing more things that you love.  Taking inventory of the things that you enjoy can help illustrate where you’ve gone astray.  For instance, if you love horseback riding, but you haven’t been on a horse in 20 years, then that is one passion that you’ve let escape from your life.  Just think about how fun it would be to go horseback riding again.  (You could invite me, too!)

Which things or people in your 'love' inventory can you re-introduce into your life?

Here are a few examples:

Reading
Writing
Arithmetic  (just joking - who loves arithmetic!)
Photography
Poetry
Painting
Drawing
Volunteering
Walking
Exercising
Playing a musical instrument
Traveling
Visiting friends
Meditating
Taking a bubble bath

Today, make a list of the things and people that you love.  Express gratitude for having those in your life and try to re-introduce the missing.  It is important to have enjoyment in your life so that you can have a better life and be of better service to others.  And it will be fun!

Have a fun day!

Love,
Val ♥

p.s. I’d love to hear some of the things on your list – I welcome you to leave me a comment below.

  1. Dancing. I haven't been out dancing since October. I went with family and a friend. I enjoyed myself so much. Once I am feeling better...I may go again. :-) I used to go all the time and felt wonderful. Thanks for reminding me of just how much I enjoyed it.
Thanks, Val. Have a great evening.

  2. I really do enjoy arithmetic! Today I started learning how to play Mozart's Turkish March on the keyboard. There are mathematical patterns in the music!
